No. We do have an option of guest-checkout. Though signing up with SIDE Project is quick and easy and saves time on your next order. You can store your preferred addresses, track orders, save wish list.

We are always there to help you. Please email us the issue along with the screenshot at asia.sideproject@gmail.com. And we will look after it.

When on the login page, you can click on the Forgot Password link that will take you to the password reset page. There you have to enter your verified email address where a password reset link will be forwaded.

Ordering

Once you placed the order on our website, you will receive the confirmation email on your registered email id with the summary of the order.

You can track the order by logging into your account on SIDE Project’s website shop.sideproject.asia. Click on order button to get the status of your order.

No. Unfortunately no modifications can be made on already placed order. But you can always place a new order for that one item.

Yes. As per our policy you can buy 3 of the same product. In case you want to purchase more please send us an email at asia.sideproject@gmail.com. Along with the details of the products and quantity required.

Sometimes it takes longer to update on site, please send us an email with order id on asia.sideproject@gmail.com and we will resolve it for you.

Yes. Factors such as change in the material of prices, taxes and other factors might compel us to change prices.

Payment

For now we accept cash on delivery. Currently we are not accepting debit/credit cards, payment through payment apps or mobile banking.

Delivery

We deliver throughout the week, Sunday to Friday. Most products are dispatched and delivered within 5 working days. If the delivery product is considered to be longer we will notify you beforehand.

Return, Refund and Cancellation

What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

We inspect the orders carefully before dispatching them for delivery. However, in case the product is received in damaged condition or the packaging has been tempered, please contact us immediately on asia.sideproject@gmail.com or drop us a message on our Facebook page along with photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Do mention your order id.

What is your return policy?

If you do not like our product please lodge a return by emailing us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. Extra handling charges may apply for the return.

How can I place a request for exchange?

We hope that our products always meet your expectation, but if you are not happy with the item received, you can lodge for exchange by emailing us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. We will dispatch the exchange item within 5 business days. Extra handling charges may apply.
Exchange cannot be initiated if we do not receive the item in an original condition.
Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.

How can I cancel my order?

A cancellation can be initiated within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched we cannot cancel the order. To cancel the order please email us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com.
