What do I do if I receive a damaged product?
We inspect the orders carefully before dispatching them for delivery. However, in case the product is received in damaged condition or the packaging has been tempered, please contact us immediately on asia.sideproject@gmail.com or drop us a message on our Facebook page along with photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving the product. Do mention your order id.
What is your return policy?
If you do not like our product please lodge a return by emailing us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. Extra handling charges may apply for the return.
How can I place a request for exchange?
We hope that our products always meet your expectation, but if you are not happy with the item received, you can lodge for exchange by emailing us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Send the item back to us in the original condition. We will dispatch the exchange item within 5 business days. Extra handling charges may apply.
Exchange cannot be initiated if we do not receive the item in an original condition.
Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, undamaged and is in a saleable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.
How can I cancel my order?
A cancellation can be initiated within 48 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched we cannot cancel the order. To cancel the order please email us on asia.sideproject@gmail.com.
Full Refunds will only be provided in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues – please provide us the details of the issues in quality in your first communication to us.
- In case Product got fully damaged while in-transit with proper proof of photography or videography required before claim.
Products may be fragile, please make sure to securely pack it as no refund will be initiated if the returned item is received in the damaged condition.
Before you return a product, Please take a moment to understand each product is handmade and unique in its own way, an irregular weave or print or a stitch shall not be considered as a defect.
Strictly, no returns and refunds will be given in the following cases:
- In case of minor design and color variations. As our products are handmade there will always be some variation between products displayed on our website.
- In-case of minor dimension changes. As Dimension of the product cannot be exactly same which is mentioned in our product description.
- In-case of minor variation from the Product Image. As most of the product picture was taken by the photographer and light effect product might look little different than original product.
